Can’t say enough good things about this business. Our car died part way on a trip from PA to KY and hubby suspected the alternator was an issue. While waiting for our car to get towed there Gwynn Tire was already checking into sourcing an alternator but fortunately we only needed a new battery. This is a busy place and they worked hard to diagnose, install and get us on our way quickly and saved our trip. So happy to have found good honest service.
Love the folks that work here. I trust them more than I would any other auto repair business. They really seem to care about their customers. Prices are reasonable as well. No complaints :)
My wife and I were travelling in the area, down from Canada, half way through a10 hour day, when our tire warning light came on. We pulled in to Gwynn Tire to get a diagnosis. I can not say enough positive things about how they dealt with us. They immediately made us feel welcome and important. They dealt with our issue and had us on the road in the shortest possible time. We appreciate the good service and thank them for it.
As always the service and advice for my recent tire purchase was excellent. Probably my fourth tire set of tires from Gwynn and satisfied every time.
Purchased 4 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss in 285 60 20 on Jan 31 2023. After looking online for the best prices my wife told me to check with Gwynn Tire in Fairmont WV. Checked the prices and Gwynn Tire beat the prices by 40 dollars per tire and that included mount and balance. Made an appt that day and my wife took my truck down this morning and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent prices !!! You definitely have a new customer.
